Turns and claiming

A normal turn is draw, evaluate the card and discard with a clear name. Call the live discard promptly and expose legally under the current rules. Older discards are unavailable, and there is no chow call.

Before a win, a discard must complete an allowed identical exposure of at least three. Singles and pairs cannot be called just to build the hand. The final tile may be claimed to win, including a single, pair or concealed pattern.
