Agree rules and deal

Learn calls, faan, three-faan practice and table agreements through common Old Style play.

A common set is 136 regular tiles plus eight flowers, although some tables omit flowers. Establish seats, dealer and round wind, then shuffle, build, break and deal. Non-dealers have 13; the dealer starts with 14 and discards. Turns proceed counter-clockwise.

Record the minimum, cap, flower eligibility, dealer adjustments, discard liability and multiple-win policy. Exercises use a three-faan minimum; one-faan and other tables also exist.
