Tiles and setup
Learn the card, Charleston, jokers and settlement, then walk through a complete hand.
The usual set has 152 tiles: 136 suited/honor tiles, eight flowers and eight jokers. Flowers belong in the hand; they are not automatically replaced. Keep spare blanks outside the wall.
Agree on one card, shuffle, build walls and break the wall with dice. East receives 14 tiles and the others 13. Exchange tiles before East's first discard; never draw ahead.
