The 108-tile set
Learn missing-suit declarations, no-chow play, winner retirement and end-of-wall checks with 108 tiles.
Use characters, dots and bamboo, four copies of numbers one to nine: 108 tiles. There are no honors, flowers or jokers. Four players start with 13 each, except the dealer's 14. A normal complete hand has 14 structural tiles.
Agree on Blood Battle versus Bloody River, exchange rules, missing-suit declarations, cap and self-draw scoring. Shuffle, build, break and deal, perform the agreed setup procedures, then the dealer discards.
